Join Canadian dressage supporters for ‘A Royal Canadian Evening’, held at the historic Casa Loma in the heart of Toronto. Hosted by British comedian Neil Aitchison with Canadian astronaut Commander Chris Hadfield as keynote speaker, the black-tie affair will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2014.

‘A Royal Canadian Evening’ has secured a unique array of items for its live auction. For those not able to attend in person, advance bidding is now open at cdaap.vonality.com/.
Horse sport fans may bid on Bojidar, an elegant dark bay filly born in 2013. Sired by Belissimo M and out of a Sandro Hit dam, Bojidar carries bloodlines rich in dressage history, and would also make an excellent horse sport prospect.

Six-time Canadian Olympian Christilot Boylen has offered a package, which will be customized specifically for the winning bidder. Whether it’s a riding, horse, or stable evaluation, or a corporate speaking engagement, gaining insight from Boylen is an unforgettable experience. The lucky bidder will also receive Boylen’s gold medal from the 1971 Pan American Games in Cali, Colombia, as a memento of the time spent with Boylen.

Former Toronto Argonauts long snapper and current Saskatchewan Roughrider, Chad Rempel, is offering a similar package, customized specifically for the winning bidder with choices including a training day and lunch for four with Rempel.

If travelling is your pleasure, several packages will fit the bill. How about a three-night luxury family getaway at BG Equestrian Resort in Orlando, FL, for up to six people including a personal chef, unlimited horseback riding, polo lessons, and mountain biking?

A very special opportunity to stay for one week at Earl and Countess of Bathurst’s estate in the Cotswolds is also on offer. The package includes a $2,000 Air Canada gift voucher to travel to England in style as well as two nights at the Hampshire Four Seasons!

A three-night luxurious getaway to the Bahamas or a two-night stay at Dalvay By The Sea in picturesque Prince Edward Island National Park are also among the several travel packages offered.

Many more incredible items are also available, all to help fundraise for the future success of Canadian dressage. To view all of the ‘Royal Canadian Evening’ auction items, please visit www.cdaap.ca/auction.html. Let the bidding begin at cdaap.vonality.com!
