Dana Cooke (CIC1*) and Lesley Grant-Law (CIC2*) were the top Canadian riders at the Chattahoochee Hills Horse Trials, held August 30–31, 2014, in Fairburn, GA, USA.

Grant-Law, who is currently based in Ocala, FL, added only 9.60 cross country time penalties to her dressage score of 50.20 to finish in sixth place overall, with 59.80, riding What Law, her nine-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding sired by Mill Law.

Finishing in 16th in the CIC2* division was Kyle Carter, a Canadian Olympian also based in Florida, riding Cooley Nothing Better B, Elena Ceballos’ eight-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding sired by Ramiro B.

Paired with Kingfisher Park’s nine-year-old Westphalian gelding Forever Young [Lenardo x Weinberg], Cooke, who resides in Aiken, SC, was in fifth place following dressage with a score of 63.10. After a clear cross country ride, the duo added four faults for a rail to finish in fourth with a score of 67.10.
