The Ontario Horse Racing Industry Association (OHRIA) is calling on all owners, trainers, grooms, hotwalkers, vet techs, van drivers, blacksmiths and any other concerned horse racing and breeding industry participant to join the OHRIA and associates in writing letters to the Ontario government in support of our ongoing fight to save the Slots at Racetracks Program from being detrimentally changed.
In an effort to educate and inform the public, OHRIA launched a new website – http://value4money.ca/. The OHRIA encourages you to visit this site today and send an email to the 107 MPPs using the online template or write your personal letter to Premier McGunity, Minister of Finance – Dwight Duncan, the leaders of the NDP Party – Andrea Horwath and the PC Party – Ted Hudak and the Chair of the Ontario Lottery & Gaming – Paul Godfrey in addition to the other MPPs across Ontario.

Remember time is of the essence as we only have approximately one month to make an impact on the Ontario Government prior to the release of the 2012 budget. So please do not hesitate – act immediately.
