Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh to attend the Queen’s Plate
June 16, 2010Toronto, ON - Woodbine Entertainment Group today announced Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness, the Duke of Edinburgh, will be the Guests of Honour at the 151st running of the Queen’s Plate Stakes at Woodbine on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Her Majesty and His Royal Highness will be making their fourth appearance at Woodbine for the race, following visits in 1959, 1973 and 1997. Her Majesty will present the trophy to the winning owner.
